If you want extra time in your day, you can't just wake up earlier.
Waking up earlier means going to bed earlier which means skipping your favorite relaxation activities, missing time with family, or being that person friends no longer invite to the bars because you need to "go night night."
If you want extra time in your day, start by figuring out where your time is going, then figure out how to replace unproductive, unimportant time with productive time.
