Look, I'm not here to tell you that your phone is a distraction.
You either:
a) already know that or
b) run a business where your phone is central to everything you do.
Besides, phones aren't the only distraction. Your laptop, a good book, the TV, anything can prevent you from doing those important tasks that will drive your business forward.
What I am here to tell you is that there is a simple solution to lock those distractions away, enabling you to get done what you need to get done and move closer to your goals.
